Shipment

We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. That’s why we have the rule: Ordered before 10:00 PM on weekdays, shipped the same day. 

This generally means that the order will be delivered the next day. Sometimes this can vary due to busy periods for the delivery service, which we unfortunately cannot do anything about. 

Weekend Orders

If you place your order after 10:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend, it will be shipped on Sunday evening. This generally means that the order will be delivered on Monday. 

Shipping costs

For orders under €100, shipping costs will be charged. The costs may vary by country and can be found on this page. 

For orders over €100, we do not charge shipping costs.

• Shipping costs Belgium: €6.95 

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

With the track and trace code of the delivery service, you can change the delivery address to a pickup point or give permission to leave your order somewhere around the house or with the neighbors.  

If you do not do this and the delivery service cannot deliver the order, it is often taken to a pickup point or offered again the next day. 

I haven’t received anything, now what? 

We kindly ask you to wait an additional two days. We often see that your package is delivered during this time.

Who is the carrier for Cratex pro line?

We work with DHL as a carrier in both the Netherlands and Belgium. You can also use a DHL label to return an order. Due to our partnership, this is usually cheaper than sending the return package yourself via DHL or another carrier.
