What is Cordura®?
Cordura® is a brand name for a fabric that consists of various types of textiles. The fabrics are made from nylon 6,6 fibers, making the fabric resistant to heavy stresses. The fabric was developed by DuPont in 1967 but is now produced by INVISTA.
Cordura is resistant to abrasive stresses, in other words, wear from rubbing. Additionally, the material is cut and tear-resistant. Add to that the fact that it is a lightweight material and you understand why Cordura® is so popular. You can recognize Cordura® by the label on the clothing.
Quality and durability
Cratex pro line workwear stands for quality and durability, just like Cordura® itself. By adding Cordura to the more heavily loaded areas of our work jacket Zurich, we ensure that the clothing lasts extra long.

Handy because you often carry materials on your shoulders. Additionally, the entire forearm, including the elbow, is protected with Cordura, making the cut and tear resistance of the material no unnecessary luxury!
What is Coolmax®?
Just like Cordura®, Coolmax® was once created by Dupont, but now the material is made by The Lycra Company. Coolmax is a registered trademark under which various technologically advanced polyester fibers fall. The commonality between these fibers is that they dry quickly and have cooling properties.
The Coolmax material in our sports socks is breathable, keeping your feet cool and dry. Due to its lightweight, the socks are comfortable to wear and the material is durable and wear-resistant. The material thus lasts longer than regular fabrics. Coolmax is also resistant to bacteria and fungi and dries quickly.
